Yesterday did the following @ St.20

For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

Felt pretty good however those pull-ups were killin' me. My shoulders felt like they were gonna rip out of my body.

Finished up the WOD w/ 63 burpees.
