Mow & Tozzo Machine

While mowing the grass I did the following:

Front yard: There & back 5 thrusters w/ 45# bar 9-10 times
Side yard: There & back 5 ohs w/ 45# bar 9 times
Back side yard: 10 Push press w/ 45# bar 7 times
Back yard: Shoulder press w/ 45# bar 9 times

@ the Tozzo Machine later on that day we did the following:
AMRAP in 20 min of
200 meter run
5 burpies
10 squats
10 KB Swings w/ 1.5 pood
20 knees to elbows

5 rounds w/ an extra run @ the end.

I went all out in the Tozzo WOD but I'm sure I could have run alot harder but would have had nothing left once we got back inside.

Off to the fire college today for Aerial ops class. We will see what we can get done.
