@ the Fire College taking an Aerial Ops class; subd run w/ 2 laps up & down the 5 story smoke tower.
1 - 2 laps 15 pull-ups
2 - 2 laps 10 pull-ups
3 - 2 laps 10 pull-ups
4 - 2 laps 10 pull-ups
5 - 2 laps 10 pull-ups
6 - 2 laps 10 pull-ups
7 - 1.75 laps
Total time to complete laps: 20:15
Felt pretty good but those stairs can take it's toll.
