Hero of the day

Hero workout of your choice.

Wasn't able to get a complete Hero WOD in however I did 50 95# thursters & 11 burpees.

5,5,5,5,10,10,10

Was brutal...I want to do thusters everyday so my form improves.

Perhaps I will just stick to improving my air squat.

Gonna get a hero tomorrow @ station.

Good times!!

Day 11 of burpee challenge, 66 down & now only a ton more to go.
