WOD

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Body weight back squat

I'm about 168# now so I rounded it up to 170#

W/ Dave @ the gym

BP: 155# x 2 scaled down 145 x 4,6,6,6,5=29
PU: 30,25,23,19,20=117
SQ: 170# 6,5,6,6,7=30

I think I could have gone a little harder. Next time I'm going for broke (aka: near death)
