Clean & Jerk

Clean and Jerk 3-3-3-3-3 reps

Did this yesterday. I have the weights written down on a piece of paper @ home. I will post when I can get them.

Had a hard time getting under the weight on the jerk. The clean wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.

Some Snatch & OHS work as well as some Burpee's for burpee challenge.

Good Times!!
