Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
Had to scale down to 125# for the cycles as follows: (first started WOD w/ 135# & only got one cycle in but was almost having todo full squat cleans to get under the 135#, then reset to a more manageable weight & restarted clock)
cycle 1: 2 rnds w/ 2cl
cycle 2: 3 rnds w/ 3cl, 6pu, 7sq
cycle 3: 3 rnds w/ 2cl
cycle 4: 3 rnds w/ 1cl
cycle 5: scaled down to 115# 2 rnds w/ 3cl (had no more pull w/ the 125# wasn't able to get it up high enough to get elbows under)
Doing the clean & jerk's yesterday is what made this WOD very hard.
15 burpees on day 15 of 100 day burpee challenge.
Tomorow Fran...ugh...but I won't be alone. PR!! Time!!
