@ the Tozzo Machine w/ Leah. We did the following:
Sit-up Curls pyramid from 10 w/ 25# db
Burpees 75
Thrusters pyramid from 10 w/ 35# db
Lawn Mowers pyramid from 10 w/ 40# db
Dips pyramid from 10
Lunge Kicks pyramid from 10
Step ups 3 x 25
etc...
Leah had a slight shoulder problem & had to scale it a bit. She was not happy w/ having to baby it.
