Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Pull-Ups: 13,13,8,7,6,4,4,5= 60
Push-Ups: 20,15,15,10,10,8,8,8= 94
Sit-Up: 15,14,13,11,11,11,12,12= 99
Squats: 15,15,15,15,13,12,15,17= 117
Total - 370
Thought it was a PR but it seems I missed it by 2...I had 371 last time.
I did beat Dave however...but we both decided that if he beats me something must be wrong w/ me & if I beat him that's no big accolade being that Dave is 14 years my senior & I should be able to beat him.
