Did it @ St.9. Sub'd w/ jumping muscle ups & 115# cleans.
Did s4 uccessful muscle ups before WOD started.
Had a Zone cheat day yesterday & Eggers Baby Shower. Felt like crap afterwards. Back on the Zone today & feel great!!!
