While mowing my yard I did the following:
There & back on the front I did OHS w/ 45# bar 5reps (about 13 times - Little power snatch work as well)
There & back on the front side I did shoulder press w/ 45# bar 10reps (about 9 times)
There & back in the back side I did push press w/ 45# bar 10reps (about 9 times)
There & back on the back of house I did 5 thurster w/ 45# bar & 5 pull-ups (about 15 times)
Felt really good...it was blazin' hot out as well.
