Yesterday while mowing the lawn I would do the following:
There & back I would alternate between 5 Burpees & 10 Squats.
Than when mowing the side I would do 20 Polymetric Lunges.
Than while mowing the back side I did OHS w/ broomstick
Then while mowing back by the bedrooms I alternated between 5 pull-ups 10 K2E's.
It made for a very efficient mow. I wanted to do as little laps as possible.
I needed to do a little something to get the muscles moving.
