Leah, Emerson & I did 25 of the following:
Squat Curls w/ 20# (less weight for Em & Leah)
Dips
Sit-Up Ball Punch (UFC Style)
Elbows to ground w/ 20#
Thrusters
Step-ups
Lunges
Side Sit-ups
Ball Pass (sit-up)
Lawnmower w/ 40#
Knee-Ups
Push-Ups
Incline Push-Ups
Planks x 30 sec x 3
Power Jax
Flower Pickers (ham's)
50 meter run x 6
Ran 50 meters between each set of exercies
Did about 1.5 rounds.
I'm sure there is more but w/ a heart rate over 110 it's hard to remember.
Both Leah & Emerson did well.
Tried POSE running w/ my VFF Shoes. Went very well & I'm not sore @ all.
