Dave & I did the following Tabata style:
Squats: 22,22,21,20,18,16,16,15 = 150
Burpies: 5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5 = 40
Got halfway through the Sit-Ups round & had to respond to a medical call - Came back & included Adam Noble from St.17 into the WOD so Dave & I started all over again w/ the following:
Situps: 23,16,20,15,17,12,10,15 = 128
Dips: 6,7,6,6,7,7,6,6 = 51
Pullups: 10,10,5,5,5,5,3,3 = 46
Box Jumps: 7,8,8,8,7,8,8,9 = 63
Total: 478
Good Times!! I think I beat Dave....to be continued.....
