Leah, Sarah (Leah's sister) & I ran a 2 mile trail. Once we got back to the house I did 5 rounds of :
12 burpies
30 short box jumps
Then I did 2 rounds of:
30 sit-ups
30 air squats.
I'm pretty sure I'm going to get on a diet plan called "The Zone". It's a plan that most hardcore crossfiters are on. I'm hoping that the diet is cost effective as well.
