Just to get my "Fran" back to a level I'm happy w/ & workout my muscle soreness I worked on Muscle-Ups -
Then did the following:
20 Pull-Ups
15 shoulder press w/ 95#
5 shoulder press w/ 105#
10 thrusters w/ 95#
I will be @ St.24 working a swap, I will do "cindy"...hoping for 22 but more than likely going to hit 21.
