Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
First time really doing this WOD as Rx'd & keeping strict tabs on weights. I'm pretty sure I've gotten better but I will make this my benchmark.

I only have a total of 300# worth of OLY plates so to go over 300# I would have to tie paint buckets on to the bar.
Hope to put up good numbers next time.
Emerson also did some lifting. He is getting stronger by the day.
