Did them both w/ Dave @ the Station.
We started with 115# on the bard, after 8 reps went to 95# full squat cleans.
Yesterday I was cleaning & pressing & testing out new Oly Weigts @ 135# which I'm sure made it harder for the squat\cleans.
Aprox 18 mins for Liz & 6:00 mins for burpies. Squat/Cleans kick my ass.
Tozzo Machine the last night. Realized that I don't drink enough water.
