Leah & I @ the Machine did the following:
2 mile run (Leah ran 1.5 miles)
Lung 200 meters
Ice Skaters 200 meters
Ham Stretch 200 meters
3 sets of the following:
40 curls w/ 20# DB (12# for Leah & only 30 reps)
40 Power Jacks (Leah 30 reps)
40 Push-Ups (Leah 30 reps)
40 Step-Ups (Leah 30 reps)
40 Air-Squats (Leah 30 reps)
Pretty good...I was a bit worked still from my upper resp infection. Leah did awesome & was doing "big-boy" Push-Ups.
