Leah Emerson & Myself @ The Machine did the following
Started off w/ 200 meter lunge walk then 1 minute each:
Tire Flips
KB Swings
Thrusters
Ring Pull-Ups/Dips
Jummping Pull-Ups
Knees to Elbows
Box Jumps/Step Ups
Ball Slams
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Squats & Push-ups
followed by a sprint after each
&
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Knees to Chest & Dips
followed by a sprint after each
W/ the occasionaly .25 mile jog mixed in for good measure.
