Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

First time really trying C&J's. Wasn't sure which weight to go w/. Did 95# but next time I'm going 110#.

What is a Clean & Jerk?

I didn't sign the control drugs log so I had to finish it up the WOD w/ 39 burpies. 3 burpies for every letter in my neme. My litte reminder to not forget to sign it.
