Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups
Got one lap in when when the tones hit for a medical call. Returned & got a second call. Finally started back up & did the complete WOD.
4 total laps w/ a break after the first lap.
Didn't restart the clock when I restarted but it felt quick which might have been my PR.
