Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Round #1: 3:06
Round #2: 4:04
Round #3: 5:41
Round #4: 6:00
Round #5: 5:40
I much improved my last times. In fact I didn't even finish the workout the first time time around.; I only got through the 2nd round.
Did it w/ Dave @ the station.
