"3 Alarm Fire"

3 rounds of the following:

run 400 meters w/ a station for 30 situps, 30 push-ups & a single hose pull.

Totalling 90 situps, 90 pushup, 2.5 complete hose pulls bundled w/ .75 mile run.

12:00 even

Did it w/ Dave, Mike & Joel after our Search & Rescue training.
