Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes of:

5 Pull-Ups

10 Push-Ups

15 Squats


Did it during lunch @ my rope rescue class. Not as well as I had hoped; 2 weeks off can put a hurtin' on you.


19 rounds + 1 pu.


Needless to say I was feeling ill all day @ the class & now I'm sick. Antibiotics rock!!
