10 Man makers
20 Dumb Bell deadlifts
30 Single Dumb Bell snatches ( 15 per arm)
40 Single overhead lunges ( 20 per arm)
50 Dumb Bell swings

25 lb dumbells
1:10:36

Followed by a 1 mile walk & 40 Pull-ups
