Leah, Emerson & I were at the Tozzo Machine tonight for our bi-weekly punishment.
We did the following:
In the order of a set of 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 w/ a sprint in between each set.
.25 mile warm-up jog.
Ball Slams or Plate Slams & Thursters
Step-ups & Push-Ups
Abs & Push-ups
Lunges & Push-Press
High-endurance w/o. Leah & Emerson did awesome!!
