Tabata Tozzo Machine

Emerson, Leah & I did: alternating 20 secs exercise w/ 20 secs rest x 5 cycles(ala Tabata Style)

We did the following:
Run .25 mile for warm-up
Push Press
Front Squat
Dead Lift
Sumo-Deadlift-Highpull
Thrusters
Cleans
Knees to Chest (abs)
Push-Ups
Box Jumps (step-ups)
Over-Head Throws

I'm pretty sure that was all of it...
