A:3*3 squat snatch

B: 10 amrap
10 sas alternating arms
10 burpees
Run 200 meters

A: 75#
B: 4 rnds plus snatches and 2 burpees

Was a good burner. Getting there! Snatches need with but getting close. Hard not to go easy on run. Need some rest. 😉
