3 clusters w/ 20# db's
3 db pusups
Then right into 2 mins of push press w/ 20# dbs. 30secs on 30secs off.
Very surprised about this one. At about the 9 min mark it started to hurt. Would be an awesome 15 min wod. I'm ready for our GYM!!
