A: BUMPERS HERE!! 1st open WOD of 2011 & now the first of 2014. Not as good when I did it in 2011. 5 rounds plus some then but I was WODDING twice a day & now I haven't wodded much over last few months. I think I could have gotten 5 rnds again if I c&j'd the reps.
B: My goto wod...felt I needed something more in the day. Not happy with myself!!
