B: 10-1 SDHP w/ 95# db
lunge 10 steps w/ 95# db
1-10 PP w/ 95# db
lunge back 10 steps w/ 95# db
A: 75#
B: 4 sdhp to start round of 4/7
Snatch felt good till I got to 95#. It's all mental. -B- was a tough one. Shoulder killer. Past written test for HFD!! CPAT I'm coming to get ya!!
