SAOHW Lunge w/ 40# db, right hand
20 kb swing, 1.5pood
SAOH Lunge w/ 40# db, left hand
10 burpees
A: 5 - 10 burpees & about 2 lunges
Tougher than I thought. OH lunges were harder than expected. I wanted some swings & I got my fix. Lungs hurt from recent congestion.
