Pretty tough. 40#'s got heavy & had to drop down to 30's. I had to mod the WOD mid way through so I could keep some form of intensity. I had originally planned to have all the burpees be C&J's be w/ the 40# DB's. Legs pretty burnt but not as bad as I would have expected.
