Legs were fried from yesterdays Bear Complex. Lunges killed me. Got stuck @ the bottom quite a few time. We did this WOD as a partner team. I had to drop 135# to 115# then 95# for last set of lunges. OH was easy. 95# farmers carry was tough to get center of bar. Hook grip is prob what phuqed me up because you don't have your whole hand to keep the bar up & centered.
