Not a good day. Dead's have fallen off quite a bit. OHS felt awesome w/ pvc w/ strong OH position. PS were like old people fucking. OHS were also broken & messy. MU were under hips band assisted & dips were near impossible. Not sure why I'm so 'broken'. I'm starting to think that unless we run our own gym space like we did @ the Zoo we will not be able to make gains. Also if we ran our own gym @ home things would be better. I'm not sold at all w/ CFMT.
