Athlete w/ most wallball shots wins

B: EMOM 5 cleans w/ 135# for 5 mins
30 secs weighted situps 30 secs rest for 5 mins
30 secs pushups 30 secs rest for 5 mins

A: 135 wall ball shots: 15:58
B: Complete

Shoulders were on fire. Legs buring during B:. Did A: w/ Capt. Mills. He was our training capt when I first got hired & was also our PT leader during orientation. Thought it was cool that he was the guy training us when I got in & was training w/ me on my way out. Last shift the 23rd.
