A: 11:40 couldn't maintin reps after 3rnd & had to switch to 1 weighted 2 T2B 3 kipping pulls. Also, could not hold onto bar. Tough w/ obvious work on pullups needed.
B: 6:55 @ on the 6's on the way back up we got a call. Started over from begining & got 9:16. Better time after call as I had some rest.
