A: EMOM for 25 mins power cleans
1-5 mins 5 reps @ 145# 25 reps
6-10 mins 3 reps @ 155# 15 reps
11-15 mins 5 reps @ 135# 25 reps
16-20 mins 3 reps @ 145# 15 reps
21st min AMRAP w/ 155# 6 reps
one min rest
23-25 mins 10 reps w/ 115# 30 reps

A: Completion w/ 116 total cleans

Cleans felt very good. Form was consistent w/ lower weights. 155# I had abit of arm pull. AWESOME!!
