Sprint 75 yards, 21 pushups

...decending ladder down to 1 pushup.

HPC go pretty tough. New shoes feel alright but we will see. I'm thinking the Merrels might have been the way togo.
B. Got tough but pushed through. Ground HOT!! burned left hand.
