Lunge walk down 50 feet
20 kb swings w/ 1.5 pood
Lunge walk up 50 feet
15 S2OH w/ 40# db

15 SDHP w/ 1.5 pood

10 thrusters w/ 40# db

10 burpee jump overs

A.1: Complete w/o time kept. Thrusters are always tough.
A.2: Complete. Very hot morning.
A.3: Complete. Ocean felt great!!! Didn't want Vaca to end.
