W/ Dave & Flash did the following:
AMRAP 15 mins
1 clean @ 155#
2 pushups
3 situps
Increase by the same number of reps each round.
Rnd 1 do 1 clean, 2 pushups, 3 situps
Rnd 2 do 2 cleans, 4 pushups, 6 situps
Rnd 3 do 3 cleans, 6pushups, 9 situps....
Got 6 cleans into the 9th rnd.
Was pretty good one. Flash's creation. It was going to be a rest day but he came up w/ it so we had todo it.
