During sunset I worked on the following:
Snatches as a warmup then
Power Clean

155# x 3

165# x 1
170# x 1
175# x 1
As long as I went to the bar telling myself to JUMP!! I would get he lift. Always need to default to Oly lifts when I'm just playing around. They always need work.
