W/ Whitler & Pye we did the following:
6 rft of
Bar complex w/ 95#
-10 deads
-10 SDHP
-10 Push Press
-10 back squats
Chest slapping pushups 10 reps
T2B 10 reps
Farmers Carry 100 feet w/ 50# DB
No time kept but we moved well. The bar complext was tough but once the bar work was done the rest of the movements were welcomed.
