@ Station

By myself w/ a full belly after dinner did the following:

Angie
100 Pullups
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats

Me: 29:08
Last time: 21:10 In April 08

Not a PR but I was pretty sore & w/ a full belly & a long day @ work it wasn't bad. I had a good steady pace going & if I had gone any harder I would have hit muscle failure.
