While @ home I did the following:
Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
185 pound Deadlift, 21 reps
Me: 1638
Deads got heavy. Legs were on fire.
Then in the PM did:
AMRAP in 15 mins
7 push press
10 ohs
15 situps
Me: 5 rnds + 7 PP & 2 ohs
First round was w/ 135# for PP & 75# for ohs. Rest of WOD was w/ 75#. Per Leah OHS were ugly.
