W/ Leah we did the following #4 WOD:
Kelly
5 rft
Run 400 meter
30 box jumps
30 wallball shots
Me: 35:change
This one put a hurtin on me. Large GG med ball w/ target on b-ball backboard. Difference was w/ not having a wall to lean against @ the top of the shot & the large med ball. Box jumps felt good but shots were tough. I realized squats in every WOD so far. Good thing I sub'd 'Cindy'.
