@ Home #2

W/ Leah we did day #2 main site WOD:

3-3-3-3-3 Overhead Squat
Instead we did: 5-5-5-3-3-3

Me w/ 5's: 95-105-110(f)-110(f)-110
3's: 115-115-115

Lower back was super tight after this WOD & didn't get relief till the next morning.
