W/ Leah & Sarah we did the following:
10 min AMRAP
10 deads/cleans @ 115#
10 unloaded pushups
run to stop sign & back
We all got 5 rnds plus a bit. I did cleans instead of deads. All did well & felt like crap following all the shit eating.
2012 better food & WOD @ home twice a day!!
