@ Station

In the AM part of the day I did the following:

Linda (3 bars of DEATH!!)
DL 1.5 x body weight
Bench 1 x body weight
Squat clean 3/4 body weight

I scaled the bench down to 135# however I started @ 165# but was only able to get past the set of 10 & dropped down to 155# then 135# shortly after that. Deads & cleans though tough felt great. This wod doesn't affect you till later in the day when your body is healing. OUCH!!

Then w/ Flash & Keller did the following

AMRAP 15 mins of
5 HPC w/ 95#
On a single bar we each rotated completeing our 5 reps. A round consisted of all three of us completing our reps for a total of 15 reps per round.

20 rounds

Flash did well & worked through a pretty heavy sticking point. Keller needs work on form but is very strong. It was fun & pretty easy...thinking back to the old days of doing Fran where the power clean kicked my ass even before the thrusters.
